Parent Ratings Hold Drivers Accountable
After every ride, parents rate their experience. Our drivers maintain a 4.95★ average rating. Drivers with consistent low ratings are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.
In-Vehicle Safety Monitoring
Cameras inside the vehicle watch for safety issues and alert us in real-time.
What the Cameras Watch For
Our system monitors:
- Seatbelt usage: We check that kids are properly restrained
- Unusual behavior: Standing up, rough play, or safety concerns
- Vehicle hazards: Loose objects or doors that could injure children
- Driver focus: Phone use or signs the driver isn't paying attention
- Speed and route: We track that the vehicle stays on the planned route and drives safely
Live Video Access for Parents
You can watch a live video feed from the car during your child's ride through the VoomRide app. The video is encrypted end-to-end, so only you and our safety team can see it. No one else has access.
Safety Alerts Happen Instantly
When our system detects an issue, we alert the driver right away. You get a notification too. All incidents are logged so we can review them and make improvements.
Real-Time GPS Tracking
See exactly where your child is at all times. The app updates your location every 3 seconds, so you know what's happening during the entire ride.

- Live location: Updated every 3 seconds with ±5-10 meter accuracy
- Arrival time: Live ETA updates as the vehicle approaches pickup or dropoff
- Route history: Watch a playback of the complete journey after the ride

- Offline protection: If connectivity drops, location data is saved on the driver's phone and synced automatically when reconnected
