- Definitions App refers to the VoomRide mobile application. Service refers to the transportation services provided through the VoomRide app. User refers to anyone using the VoomRide app, including parents, guardians, and drivers. Driver refers to vetted individuals providing transportation services through VoomRide.
- Eligibility Drivers must meet all eligibility criteria set by VoomRide, including background checks and driving qualifications.
- Account Registration Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any suspicious activity should be reported to VoomRide immediately.
- Service Use Users agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. Users must ensure that children using the Service are ready at the agreed pick-up times and locations. Drivers must comply with all traffic laws and VoomRide policies during service provision.
- Payments Payment for the Service must be made through the VoomRide app. Users agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the app. VoomRide reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice to users.
- Cancellations and Refunds Users may cancel bookings as per the cancellation policy outlined in the app. Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy stated in the app.
- Safety and Compliance VoomRide employs live video streaming and real-time GPS tracking to enhance safety. Users and drivers must comply with all safety guidelines provided by VoomRide. VoomRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating safety policies.
- Privacy VoomRide collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described.
- Intellectual Property (VoomRide LLC) owns all rights to the app, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without VoomRides written consent.
- Limitation of Liability VoomRide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. VoomRides total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding three months.
- Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoomRide from any claims arising out of their use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
- Termination VoomRide reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Users may terminate their account at any time by following the account deletion procedures in the app.
- Modifications VoomRide may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jordan.
