VoomRide makes safe, tracked school transportation simple. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign up to the moment your child arrives safely at school — or back home.
Create Your Account
Download the VoomRide parent app on iOS or Android, or visit webportal.voomride.app. Sign up with your mobile number and verify your identity.
Set Up Your Child's Profile
Add your child's name, school, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special notes for the driver. You can create profiles for multiple children.
Book a Ride
Choose a one-time ride or set up a recurring schedule for school days. Select your preferred time window and confirm the booking.
A Verified Driver is Assigned
VoomRide assigns a verified female driver from your area. You can see her name, photo, and vehicle details before the ride starts.
Track in Real Time
Once the driver is on the way, open the app to follow the ride live on a map. You'll receive a notification when your child is picked up and when they arrive safely.
Ride Confirmed
Drop-off is confirmed automatically. You can view the full ride summary, including time, route, and driver, in your ride history.
